This is a fiction novel. 19 tornadoes touch down in a small MO town and the surrounding communities, destroying almost everything. This is a story about how the town comes together to pick up their lives. There are two main characters, Jenilee and Eudora. Eudora is an old women who's house is completely destroyed. Jenilee is the young girl who lives up the road who saves the women. This starts a bond that brings the two women closer together and helps both of them escape from the past and look forward to the future.
I really enjoyed this book and plan on reading more from this author.
