I actually listened to the audio version of this book. I thought it was the first in the series, but I was mistaken. I was a little confused at times but I think that is because I didn't start at the beginning of the series. I do plan on getting the first one though.
This is about a lady and her friend who live in a small town in Main. They happen to believe that a lady was actually murdered however the townspeople think she is just missing and skipped town. When the ladies family starts having some accidents that threaten their lives she starts to the think that somebody is after her family. Will she figure this all out before somebody else gets killed?
