2009 Challenge Wrap up

This is my best challenge year so far. I had so much fun completing in the different challenges and am very happy with the results.

I joined 15 challenges that started and ended in 2009. I completed 14 of them. The only one I didn't complete, the Non-Fiction 5 Challenge, I missed by 1 book. I have read 5 non-fiction books, I just didn't do it in the time frame needed for the challenge.

I might not have read all the books I had originally planned on for the challenges but I'm ok with that. I still completed the challenges based on the hosts's rules and that's what matters.

I completed the following challenges:
20 in 2009
The Pub Challenge
Christmas Reading Challenge
Love Bites
Paranormal 2009
Cozy Mystery Challenge (I hosted this one..and it will be back in 2010!)
Young Adult Challenge
War Through the Generations - WWII
TBR
Chunkster
1st in a Series
Series Challenge 3
Read-Your-Own Books challenge
9 Books for 2009

Thanks ladies! I really enjoyed the challenges this year and am surprised I did so well! I think I'm signed up for 17 in 2010, so lets hope I do just as well. haha!

Congrats! I only signed up for 2 challenges, and I did great with the WWII challenge, but I still have 2.5 books to read for the other. I better hurry up!

Wow, wow, wow. I'm so impressed!!! I won't be finishing all of mine, but I did make a valiant effort.

Have fun with your 2010 challenges, and I'm glad to see that your cozy challenge will be back again.

Beth - Thanks! Sometimes..I think it's the effort that counts when it comes to these challenges. If it wasn't for the non-fiction challenge, I doubt I would have even read 1 non-fiction book this year or last, and I read more than that. That's what the challenges area all about anyway.
