Contest rules:
The contest is open from Dec. 7th 2009 - Dec. 18th, 2009 (midnight)
Due to shipping costs, only those with a US mailing address can apply.
You can only enter the contest once.
Check out my etsy shop to see the snowflake quilling ornaments that I have for sale, note the listing title, enter that on the form so I know which one you want.
Lastly..fill out the form.
