Chill of Fear by Kay Hooper

Kay Hooper is one of my favorite authors. This is her newest book - and as good as ever. She writes about an FBI division where the officers all have a form of psychic ability. In this novel one of the newest members is finally able to solve a murder that has been haunting him for the last 25 years. This is the first in her newest trilogy.
