I thought this was a very cute book. Juliette is a black-jack dealer in Las Vegas. Her ex-husband left with all her money and her belongings, then she had to pay for the divorce, and of course has no money left. She suddenly receives notice that she inherited a house from a relative she hasn't seen since she ws 5. This is the house that has been in the family for generations. She decides to head th NC and put the house on the market. She wasn't counting on Tildy Butler, the lady who has been taking care of the house, to talk to her about her past and family history.
