Kill All The Lawyers by Paul Levine

This is the third in the Solomon vs Lord mystery series.

Steve is same as always. He pretty much does what he wants, and sometimes that doesn't go with the law. This book doesn't really revolve around a trial like the others have, instead a man that Steve represented was sent to jail and that man is out and he knows Steve did something he wasn't supposed to do durring that trial. Steve gave the other lawyer info that helped get Steve's client a jail sentance. Now this man is out to get Steve and the best way to do that is to threaten to hurt those he loves. It doesn't help that Steve's temper gets him in trouble and he is sentanced to see a shrink, any ideas who that could be? You got it..the man recently out of jail who wants to hurt Steve.

Through this we also have the usual issues between Steve and Victoria. Of course she wants to move forward but will everything Steve is doing, she beings to rethink that. On top of that Bobbie's mother is out of jail and secretly hanging out with Bobbie, not something Steve wants. Plus..Bobbie is hanging out with the hot girl in their school...uh-oh. haha!

This book was great. I thought it was very funny and kept my interest from the start. I know somebody who read it and said the beginning was slow but then it picked up and they couldn't put it down. I didn't feel that way at all, I liked it from the very beginning. I really like the charactors in this book so I liked that this didn't really revolve around a trial but more about things going on in their life. I have no idea why I waited so long to read the 3rd book, I've had it since it came out. I'm looking forward to reading the 4th soon.

I recently bought a copy of the first book in this series and I'm so glad to see someone actually reads it! I feel even better about my purchase now and will look forward to reading this one when the time comes.
