This is the 2nd in the ghost hunters series.
MJ is hired by her friend, Karen, to investigate a ghost at a boarding school. The ghost is known as Hatchet Jack. The dean of the school tries everything he can to keep them from doing this, but they find ways to do it.
When Gilly, Steven, and MJ arrive at the school, MJ realizes that this ghost is one bad meany. He is very powerful and very scary.
MJ soon realizes there other spirits in the school as well, they belong to 3 young boys. She decides that she needs to help the boys cross over and figure out who they are. The local law enforcement gets involved and after MJ proves she is real and not a fraud, the sheriff does what he can to help her. Somehow, the sprit of Hatchet Jack and these three boys are connected, she just needs to figure out how.
Will MJ be able to figure out who Hatchet Jack is and get rid of his ghost before time is up?
I really enjoyed the first in the series, and enjoyed this one as well. I love the paranormal aspect of it and of course loved the characters also. I think this one was a good mystery too, loved how it ended and how it all came about. If you like mysteries and the paranormal, be sure to check out this series.
