I just wanted to say (here) that I enjoyed your review on Abe Lincoln, vampire hunter. I stood in the bookstore and read about 10 pages of this book a few months ago and found myself "entertained!" Just as you mention...and then I replaced it rather guiltily on the shelf. Glad you found it and read it. I may find it at the library, yes?
